 Adventure Summer Camps

These adventure camps are organized from early May to end June and then again from September to October every year. One camp is set up at some place in the vicinity of Manali and the second in Kothi (on the highway to Rohtang pass). The camp is a set up of tented colony in the lap of nature with own kitchen. There will no provision of toilet tents but warm water can be provided on regular intervals on demand. 

Adventure Activities

Starting from sight seeing of Manali town will also include river crossing, rock climbing, rappelling and soft trekking. Paragliding and rafting can be arranged at an extra cost.

The camp programme for students would be as:-

8 days/7 nights Adventure Package

Day 1: Arrive Manali and report at Camp I in Manali. Evening sight seeing of Manali on foot. Overnight at camp.

Day 2: Manali (Camp I): Enjoy yourself at the rocks and hip - hop on them. Thrilling rock climbing. Overnight at camp.

Day 3. Manali (Camp I): Splash your guts in the river and learn river crossing. Overnight at camp.

Day 4: Manali (Camp II): Shift to Camp II in Kothi. Overnight at camp.

Day 5 - 7: Manali (Camp II): Same day excursion on foot or small treks to nearby places like Bhrigu Lake, Dashaur Lake etc. Overnight at camp.

Day 8: Depart Camp II and Manali for your onward destination.

Our rates in Indian Currency on per student per day basis for operating the above programme would be as:-

Minimum of 20 - 40 students              INR 275*  per student per day 

Minimum of 41 - 70 student                INR 225*  per student per day 

The above rates include:-

Accommodation in camps, all meals from lunch on day 1 to breakfast on day 8, rock climbing, river crossing, treks and all equipment.

The above rates do not include:-

Any kind of transportation to/from Manali or in Manali, expenses of personal nature like tips, drinks, telephone calls etc.

Adventure Skiing Camps 

These adventure camps are organized from end January to end March in Sollang Nallah and from end March to end May in Kothi, Gulaba, Marhi or Rohtang Pass depending upon snow conditions. The camp is set up in Sollang Nallah and accommodation is provided in a hotel/ huts near the skiing slope. The camp programme is for a minimum of 5 days to 21 days. During the course all necessary Skiing equipment is provided and the course instructions are given by qualified & experienced instructors.

The group members would be required to have warm clothes, gloves, woolen caps and sun glasses. They should be fit enough to carry the ski equipment (minimum 8 kgs) up the slope to the skiing point.

The course programme for students would be as:-

7 days/ 6 nights Skiing Course

Day 1: Arrive Manali and report at Camp in Sollang Nallah. Introduction to ski equipment and their and their using techniques.

Day 2: Walking in ski shoes, walking on soft snow ,walking on skis.

Day 3: Side stepping up a slope on skis, balancing on skis.

Day 4: Balancing -snow plough position-falling techniques.

Day5: Snow plough position - going down a slope in snow plough position

Day 6: Going down a slope in snow plough position, snow plough turns.

Day7: Snow plough turns, stem turns. End of course. Depart Camp and Manali for your onward destination.

Minimum 10 – 14 persons                     INR 575* per person per day  

Minimum 15 persons & above                INR 525* per person per day  

The above rates include:-

Accommodation in a dormitory, all meals (simple Indian food), Ski equipment, Services of an Instructor.

The above rates do not include:-

Any transportation to/ from Manali, expenses of personal nature like drinks, tips, portage, telephone calls etc.

All the above rates include the following:-

* Accommodation on triple sharing basis in an alpine tent.

* All meals during trekking starting with dinner on day 1 to lunch on last day. The meals provided during trekking would be simple Indian vegetarian meals.

* Services of one guide, one cook and one helper.

* Services of ponies to carry trekking & camping equipment and kitchen equipment only.

* Transportation by a Tata Sumo or an Armada wherever required.
