In June the high mountain passes are accessible and hence, open up the higher ranges. From July onwards trekking trips are organized from Manali to Lahaul & Spiti, Kangra Valley, Chamba & Bharmaur, Pin Valley and even as far as Leh & Ladakh passing through Zanskar region.
